Relationship research
How do your family or relationship stories affect your present - and how can you use them to strengthen yourself?
Stressful patterns from the past, recurring conflicts or unresolved issues from family and relationships can often accompany us unconsciously. In an individual workshop on relationship research, we will discover your story together - resource-orientated, empowering and practical.
At the centre of this is a specific question that we develop together at the beginning. It helps you to look specifically at the issues that are currently affecting you. This allows you to see your patterns and experiences from a new perspective
This approach gives you the opportunity to let go of old burdens, gain new room for manoeuvre and shape your relationships in the present more consciously. Many experience this process as liberating and empowering - and discover resources that they had not previously realised.
